***** This product does work! I had twins baby and on my very first day nursing them my nipples were badly sore and cracked, a terrible pain. While I was at the hospital, the lactation consultant gave the hydrogel pads (and also advise me to never use those lanoline gels...) and my nipples were healed in 6hs...I really love this product and when I arrived home I purchased more 1 pck. You can use then around 5 days, you can put it in the fridge or use it on room temperature. I really recommend this product for any mom who wishes to breastfeed.

***** The Medela Hydrogels are excellent nursing pad, the best that I have tried. I had very sore nipples when I was nursing my daughter. I tried every product and my lactation consultant recommended this product. It is the best and helped me the most. I tried every over the counter product and this is the only one that helped. They are more expensive but totally worth it when you are in pain. Best to keep them in the fridge so they are nice and cool when you put them on.
