July 7, 2005 ByMom-To-Be (Frisco, TX) – See all my reviewsThis review is from: Gerber Ultra-Thin Nursing Pads, 60 disposable pads (Health and Beauty)I purchased these nursing pads by mistake the other day. I tried them and did not like them at ALL! They don’t stay stuck to the bra and they bunch up all the time. I was very unimpressed and will go back to buying the Johnson & Johnson nursing pads which are WAY better than these!

This is the most economical out the pads I’ve shopped for. It holds a good amount of liquid, due to its design, probably the best as well. The ultra-thin is awesome, because it doesn’t cause extra padding,I’ve tried the medela, while nice, leaked through to my bra once. The advent is nice as well, but a little too thick, but does conform to your breasts better.
the only downside is, if you have a thin bra, you might be able to see it through your shirt. and it can make that funny crease around your breast.

These nursing pads are horrible. First of all, you are instructed to put the side with the embossed stars away from your skin – but you can barely make out which side has the embossing. Not that it matters, because I think either side of the pad would be equally unabsorbant.I’m currently going through about 3-4 changes of these pads a day, yet still leaking desperately, especially at night. It’s enough to make you give up breastfeeding. I’ve ordered the Lanisoh pads and am looking forward to their arrival tomorrow.
Do not waste a dime on these pads.
