I decided to give mama cloth a try because I am tired of getting pads that are scented, have baking soda or are plasticky and I have very sensitive skin. These are soft and comfortable, I have used them to work out (yoga, running) and didn’t even noticed them. The only thing that you have to consider is that if your panty is too narrow they will move around a bit, if the panty is broad enough (as in a normal bikini) they will stay put. They are easy to clean, I just suggest you to wet them with cold water before dumping in the laundry pail. I do not use softeners or any product with them and they have been working just fine. Also, I have not used them with a period because I am pregnant, so I cannot tell about how they work with higher flow. |

I already had regular size charlie banana pads, which I love. I thought liners would be a good addition, perhaps even to replace my disposable liners, which I still use occasionally, (using the regualar size CB most my cycle).I am a small woman (115lbs) and I thought the liners would work out as well as the regular size pads, maybe even better, since they’re smaller. Wrong. the liners are the same thickness as the regular pads, just shorter. I thought they should be thinner, like a disposable liner is. They didn’t stay in place like the regular CB ones (maybe due to shorter length).
Still good quality, but I prefer disposable liners that at least stay in place. (any suggestions for reusable liners?)
