These do help with early breastfeeding and stinging breasts.
My primary issue is they sting irritated nipples, yet they’re intended for sore nipples. I also don’t like that it has to be wiped off before feeding…this both further hurts them as well as adds the extra step to nursing: I have to get up to wash them, then get ready to feed.
I store mine in freezer and pull them out a few minutes before using. They aren’t cold enough for me from fridge but are too cold straight from the freezer.

I would not recommend this product. They are really expensive and while they protect you when you have nursing soars they didnt heal anything. The only thing that worked were the medela hydro gel pads. Get those and don’t waste your money.

I’ve only used my pair for two days and my nipples are almost healed. I highly recommend getting a pair. I’m no longer clenching my teeth with pain when I feed my newborn.
