This product is terry cloth with a mesh liner. The mesh liner can be uncomfortable if you are sensitive or not wearing lanolin. However, the pads are very effective. They never leak. They are excellent for nighttime use or for use under a lined or padded nursing bra. Otherwise, they are a bit thick for use in an unlined bra under a thin shirt.

I got a pack of these from WIC while I was pregnant, and after the baby came I had these, the Gerber brand washables and disposables. The disposables and Gerber brand would only last me 2 hours or so before leaking through, these Bravado ones last me several hours, all day on a good day, normally all night, I’ve only leaked at night when I skip a feeding and let my husband feed the pumped milk from a bottle. I’m ordering more since I’ve lost some from my first pack, and I hate having to use the Gerber or disposables.
